Fuck off
Clarification, apartments are valid. But no spaceships, boats or other vessels.

For me it has to be the Addams family house, from the live action film, I have always loved it and it is full of so many secrets you'd constantly be finding new and interesting things.

Which fictional home would you pick, ERA?

Truman Show house. I get the easy life handed to me on a silver platter and the world gets to watch me poop. What more could I want?

Sopranos house would be pretty epic. Massive pool, huge house, that awesome pool house behind it that tony converts to a theatre

Franklin's mansion in hollywood in GTAV would be nice

I just want a pool

Not a traditional home, but everyone lives there during the school year. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Helsinki, Finland
Monica's place in Friends, or that of Minnie and Roman in Rosemary's Baby. The latter building is famously hard to get in. I think Lennon and Ono lived there as well.

Richie Rich estate from the movie. Roller-coaster. McDonalds. What else would you need?

Lorelei'a house in The Gilmore Girls, Ross' apartment on Friends or the Hatch on Lost.

The last one might sound like a joke, but that's a cozy little set up.

Most versions of Wayne Manor — probably either DCAU, or the one from the comics since they'd have the dinosaur and penny in the Batcave. I could also settle for Croft Manor; the layout of the residence is based on Hatfield House, which would be a neat place to live.

Whatever place Syndrome leaved in Incredibles 1:

It has a room where the wall is LAVA! Come on.

Would a Culture Orbital count as a vessel or spaceship? If not, then one of those, specifically Masaq' Orbital.

Tom Cruise's floating Sky Tower house in Oblivion was pretty neat. Since it floats, you could take it anywhere and wake up to a different view of, say, Yosemite, Lake Atitlan, Rio de Janeiro, or Mount Kilimanjaro every day.

I like creepy modern houses (when they aren't lit to be creepy), like the ones in Gattaca, Michael Mann movies like Heat and Miami Vice, and the Invisible Man.

Bruce Wayne's house in Batman V Superman is very beautiful. I thought it was a real Van Der Rohe house, but they actually built it for the movie.

But ultimately I think I'd go with Jackie Treehorn's Malibu pad in Big Lebowski:

Do o have to pay for maintenance/bills?

frasier seems good but the kitchen is quite small and do we ever see how big his bedroom is or how many he has?

It doesn't float. It's attached to a pole. They literally show the bottom of the pole in that video you posted.
