While I won't rule out this existing in some very secret skunkworks lab inside of Valve, *or* some license handed to a Chinese game maker (which would almost certainly not be titled "Left 4 Dead 3" if true), I've already received firm denials about L4D3 from the same people who confirmed a ton of Half-Life: Alyx details to me ahead of its reveal. No idea what HTC is doing here, other than grasping at straws during a really, really down period for their Vive division.

Ha. I like VR but I don't want to spend 200+ hours in it like I would in a regular non vr L4D game. It's incredible for people who really like VR, just not for me.
