Have him be like some sort of anti-Celestial, a being that keeps them in check by targeting planets that have a celestial seed (or *had* in the case of Earth).
And give us the orchestral version of his official theme!

If we got any reference to Follin's incredible NES Silver Surfer soundtrack at all I'd be completely over the moon.

And it can't be emphasized enough that he needs to beat everyone's ass, effortlessly. Beat that ass like drums.

Surfer abhors violence.

Maybe they can have Dr. Doom steal his powers again and conquer the Earth to demonstrate just how powerful the Surfer is, lol. (Yes, I know that happens in one of the FF movies that already exists.)

I'm not saying Surfer needs to go out of his way to attack anyone. I'm just saying nobody has any business hanging with him in a fight. When he's invariably attacked as Galactus' herald it should be very one-sided.

Galactus should be hyped up as bigger than Thanos. So I want this planned out for many years over many movies and really culminating with Silver Surfer finally showing up to warn the Earth. He should bring dread and fear on a whole other level compared to any villain so far. He is the extinction event, it needs to feel hopeless and impossible from the beginning.

Arishem sends Galactus to eat Earth after he judges them after the events of Eternals.

I think this makes the most sense. Make him one of the Celestials that is responsible for destroying worlds so that the cycle can continue and new worlds can be born, but have Earth fail Arishem's trial and have Galactus sent there prematurely as a punishment.

I hope they treat Galactus as the extinction level event type of cosmic force he is. Being one of the essential cosmic entities of Marvel along with Death, Eternity, and Infinity.

More importantly how is the MCU going to deal with the Surfer's murderous past. Galactus removed Surfer's conscience and guilt due to Norrin's honorable nature to perform his task more efficiently. Although emotionally removed due to Galactus' tampering, as a Herald, Surfer brought Galactus to countless planets that resulted to the deaths of billions upons billions of lifeforms. His red ledger is possibly the highest of any hero in Marvel. His redemption arc has to be epic.

And aren't Galactus & Surfer responsible for the destruction of the original Skrull homeworld? In some parts of the known Universe, an appearance of Surfer and the Heralds are still distinguished and identified as Universal level threats.

Maybe Surfer and Galactus use the Celestial seeds as a beacon as to which planets have lifeforms and energy suitable for the sustenance to survive. Putting both Galactus and the Celestials at odds in the MCU.

Surfer wasn't working for Galactus when the Devourer made a meal out of the Skrull Homeworld. Obviously this could change in the MCU.

He should immediately call Thanos a tool.

Didn't he put Thanos in his place?

Still think he will be introduced via the Fantastic Four. The mythos are intertwined too deeply for it to be otherwise. I guess you could make a case for him being introduced through one of the other upcoming cosmic entries (Nova, GOTG3, Marvels, Eternals follow-up) but the Fantastic Four would still have more relevance to him than all these.

Just have the Surfer show up.

The Fantastic Four fight him.

He summons his master.

And then...

Just show him. It's actually more intimidating and interesting that way.

It shouldn't be too hard with multiversal shenanigans. There's only one Galactus in all reality and he's a survivor farmer of the dead universe. So introduce him as someone who was pretty much a farmer in some universe that collapsed and then comes back as Galactus. With multiple universes ceasing for reasons to exist he's grown hungry and enters the prime universe to feed.

You can also introduce the Fantastic Four in such a story if you so choose (could even be why they choose to make themselves known). Could do some creative reworking and make Norrin Rad and Shalla Bal friends of the F4 before Norrin becomes the Silver Surfer to protect his home planet. Can destroy some known space-worlds in the process too. Some Skrull or Kree worlds.

If it ends with the Negative Zone you can bring Annihilus for a Silver Surfer/F4 sequel.

They can introduce him any way they want, but if he doesn't end up being Franklin Richards' Herald to recreate one of the greatest moment in fiction, they shouldn't even bother using him.

They need Galactus to be absolutely massive and to be the next big MCU problem after Thanos. And yeah, have the Surfer be his first herald in FF.

Would he be similar in size/scale to the Celestials that showed up in Eternals? Those things were ridiculously gigantic.

Snap you're right! FF4 #257 Nova was the Herald. She absolutely obliterated the Skrull Imperial Starfleet. Galactus on the verge of dying himself experiencing some moral consciousness. Until he was urged by Death to do his most important task and duty. The Skrulls' cloaking device had no effect any longer and Nova was able to pinpoint the Throneworld of Tarnax IV.

Galactus Eats the Skrull Home World!

John Byrne created some of the most memorable Fantastic Four epics during his run on Fantastic Four #232-292 and Annuals #17-19. We will share with you a few of our favorites. With five years of woā€¦

"Empress R'klll's reign was short-lived, however, as the greatest blow to the Skrulls arrived in the form of the World Devourer Galactus. After his Herald Nova annihilated the Skrull fleet, Galactus devoured Tarnax IV, killing 7 billion Skrulls, including R'klll and Princess Anelle. With the destruction of the central government, the Skrull Empire collapsed into hundreds of bickering factions. Their galaxy was filled with Governors who declared themselves to be Emperor of the Skrulls and soon, a civil war began. The Shi'ar maintained a heavy presence in the former Empire as well, constantly dealing with pockets of resistance."

The MCU didn't show the outright destruction of Xandar from Thanos & The Black Order, but when they do Galactus they can't hold back. The abilities of Heralds are so awesome, I hope they don't nerf the shit out of their power levels though for the MCU. Silver Surfer being the most powerful of them all.

He shows up and just eats Marvel Earth in a few hours. The heroes can't make any headway or do anything to him.

But Reed Richards has a time machine, etc etc

I was thinking on a plot about him coming to earth as always trying to eat it, our heroes are nothing to him, he doesn't even notice. But they convince the Silver Surfer that maybe just eating that dead protuding Celestial from the Eternals would be enough, maybe even awaken it just so Galactus can crush it in mere seconds just to further establish him as a threat beyond anything they've faced so far.

Arishem telling Galactus what to do is like the CEO of WB trying to tell Feige to lighten the budget of Black Panterh 2.

They don't know that Arishem is like an undigested kernel of corn in Galactus' morning shit.

But they'll learn, once Galactus is introduced and becomes insanely popular. THEY'LL LEARN.

Open to Arishem screaming in pain. Zoom out to Galactus munching on his extremities while sprawled across a galaxy. Silver Surfer floating with a planet-sized wine glass.

Also speaking of Galactus intros...

Ultimate MvC3 full cinematic trailer

The full CG intro for Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3

We also need to address how Magneto was the only one with the urgency to face Galactus head on. All the while everyone else was acting like assholes fighting amongst each other instead of teaming up to take on the real threat in the UMVC3 intro.

Although Dark Phoenix Jean could possibly solo as long as her team built up the 5 bars she needs. šŸ˜ƒ

Apparently this is unused Galactus concept art from Rise of the Silver Surfer that was never translated to screen.

Guess they had no faith in the big purple helmet at the time. No excuse nowadays though.
