I used to have to close the kitchen after karaoke night Saturdays, and then be back for brunch cooking Sunday morning at 6:30 (or 5:30? Been a while). Such a nightmare.Well, my asshole boss has me on 3 opens and 3 closes a week. First 3 days of my week I open, last 3 I close.
I wake up about 10-15 minutes before I leave for my 20-30 minute commute, depending on traffic. It varries a lot since it's the only road that connects the two towns.
On the days I close, probably about 3-5 hours beforehand.
Do you get up at the last possible minute and give yourself just enough time to shower, get dressed and start your commute? Or are you getting up 2.5 hours before work to workout or to enjoy breakfast and read the paper?
