According to my phone i've walked/run 6.7 miles today.

I've only been making it to the gym once or twice a week, but I went today and did around 45 of weights, chest and triceps, and then 50 mins on the treadmill, 25 mins was jogging, which is the longest I've ever jogged for in one session.
I'm doing Couch to 5K, my third attempt at it, and i'm on week 7 which is the furthest I've ever got in the program.

I don't seem to be losing any weight though, even though I don't eat badly.

About 45 minutes of strength training before work then 8 hours of manual labor (construction worker)

I did some quick weight training at 5am before work... maybe half an hour. Then I roughly walk 5 miles a day since I take the bus.

I try to do this about fives days a week.

Minus the walking around my hospital for 9 hours today, none. Was gonna go do capoeira tonight but I've done it 4 straight days in a row and am on the cusp of a sinus infection/head cold. Can't trash myself right before batizado.

Couch to 5K is a great way to pickup running. As far as weight loss, try eating less and count your calories.

Today's a rest day so only a morning warm up followed by basic callisthenics to loosen up and a 4km walk.

Moderate amount. Hour and a half on the exercise bike at max resistance. 15 miles. Some push-ups, rows, and chin ups too.

Two to three days a week I do 35 miles along with 300-400 pushups, and a bunch of pull-up related exercises.

I walked my daughter to school and and then walked back home, so that's a mile every morning. I also try to walk a couple blocks every couple hours during the work day and then I do 30-40 minutes on the eliptical in the garage at least five days a week with a little bit of weights and crunches afterwards.

About 0.5 hours of cardio. Gonna go for a walk after I eat dinner! I usually get about 8,000 to 10,000 steps in a day.

none today, but I go to gym 4 times a week, just today is one of the 3 off days.

I guess walking to and from class counts

1-2 miles of walking (work in NYC) and an hour of weight training (back+biceps).

Now I can chill and watch some hockey.

I normally work out six days a week, but I injured the fuck out of my back somehow yesterday, and I couldn't physically go today. I'm pretty pissed about it.

Shitload.

3-4pm (gym) - 15 mins stairmaster, 45 mins lift (back, triceps)

630-715pm (gym) -15 mins stairmaster, 30 mins lift (back, triceps)

730-750pm - (home gym) - back, triceps

I typically do these 3-a-day Mon-Wed - occasionally Thurs as well - and other days just lift once a day with either Saturday or Sunday being an off day. I've been lifting fairly consistently for about 20 years and now in my mid 30s I'm in probably the best shape since college. 5'8, 162lbs and a 30" waist and in some brands I can rock a 29". Fucking love it.

Ran about two miles.

Also I walk three miles as part of my commute/lunch time walk.

It's not even 11AM and I've already walked the kids to school and taken the dog for a 45mins walk before starting work. Love it when the sun is out and shining in Melbourne. I'll throw around some home weights (upper body) and some push ups after lunch too.

I walk around 15000 steps and 5 flights of stairs a day at work and don't sit down for 8 hrs, so I'll probably walk my dog and then call it a night. On my days off I will take walks at the park or go hiking with the wife.

Ran three miles this morning. Hope to eventually be able to do six miles in one go, but that'll be a few months I think.

1 hour circuit. 1 hour yoga. Might run later but got to do some work first.

I woke up early at 6 am and did 20 on my exercise bike. Then I walked a mile to work. Now I feel like a wreck. I don't know how anyone exercises in the morning.

I did 30 minutes of yoga this morning, and I've been trying to get into the habit of doing it daily. I think I'll go for a walk in a couple hours.
