I'm jealous of how many games you guys can find time to play. Between my job going virtual, summer vacation (I'm a teacher) and the cancellation of many plans I've been able to play more games than at any point since I've had kids. However that only amounts to 8 games over the last 7 months or so (Life is Strange 2, The Outer Worlds, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Control, A Plague Tale, RE7, Last of Us Part 2, and Ghost of Tsushima).
12 new games beaten since end of march.

14 since mid-March so far (probably rolling credits on Ori and the Will of the Wisps tonight), in January/February I finished Ace Combat 7, Darksiders 3, Darksiders Genesis and Journey to the Savage Planet. Usually I beat about 25 games per year, the stay at home situation doesn't seem to make any difference in that regard.
-Xenoblade Chronicles DE (played it on Wii, so nothing new other than the epilogue story)
-Xenoblade 2 Torna
-Replayed Xenoblade 2 in NG+
-Celeste
-FF7:RE
-Mario 64 (almost done Sunshine)
-The Outer Wilds (best 'new' game I played all year, until I played Ori)
-Outer Worlds
-Hellblade
-Ori and the Will of the Wisps (favorite game this year)
-Superliminal
I'm sure there's a few more, but I'm having trouble remembering everything. Finally buying a GPU opened the floodgates, so both my wife and I have played through numerous shorter games on PC.
Just counted them, 28 games. I've had a ton of free time and gaming helped me take my mind off things.
Full list for anyone curious:

27. Star Wars: Squadrons
28: Middle-earth: Shadow of War
Plus a lot of Fall Guys and Animal Crossing: New Horizons, which can't really be "beat".
And I'm almost done with Ikenfell, so it's gonna be 29 soon.
38 but there's quite a few short retro games helping boost the numbers.

Less than five, I think. Most of that came during the beginning of this mess, so mid-March to July. I haven't completed a game since. Of course, I haven't stopped myself from buying more games lol. Who am I to get in the way of my backlog?
For me I think it is: TLOU2, Tsushima, Yakuza 3 + 4 + 5, FF7R, Paper Mario TOK, CrossCode, THPS 1+ 2, Animal Crossing New Leaf (paid off house and completed most of museum), Mario Galaxy HD, TWD Final Season, Blood & Truth, One Night Stand, Battlefront 2 campaign, RE3,... I don't think I'm missing anything but could be. That puts me at 16. Not bad!
Just a few, but they were mostly games that I started long before the quarantine time, and just finally got around to finishing them, like God of War and Uncharted Lost Legacy.
I made progress in a lot of games, but eventually I had to go back to work.

Only count 21, but so many of these are 60+ hour games.
I went a few months without a proper TV so the Switch got more action (until the drift hit).
PS4
Last of Us 2 - Even better than the first.
Ghost of Tsushima - Like most open world games, it's too hand-holdy in terms of where to go but the combat and atmosphere are awesome.
Switch
Panzer Dragoon remake - The colours and art direction are a bit off but overall it's a beautiful, smoother version of the original.
Streets of Rage 4 - An incredible return for the franchise.
Shadowblade - Decent low budget ninja platformer.
Huntdown - A surprisingly great old school run 'n gun.
Gris - Visually stunning but the gameplay just felt like going through the motions.
Sayonara Wild Hearts - Nothing spectacular but a neat little trippy arcade game.
Luigi's Mansion 3 - Some control/camera issues and tedious parts but overall it's quite enjoyable and has some really cool and varied environments.
Takeover - Coming from SOR4, it's a much more clunky beat 'em up but still worth playing.
Monster Boy (second time, first was on PS4) - It's one of the best games this gen. The Switch's "d-pad" kind of sucks for it, though, so I recommend a different controller.
shit I guess its 29
didn't think it was near that many but I'm pretty sure they are all post-pandemic

I've been finding it incredibly difficult to relax/de-stress enough to play games lately, so I've barely touched anything and I think I've only actually finished one game - Gone Home. I picked up A Short Hike again on Switch and haven't even been able to play through that to completion.
I have been spending more time watching let's plays though. I find it far easier to sit back and watch someone else play than playing something myself right now.
Currently playing through Mafia II: Definitive Edition (and then Mafia III)
I think that's it? I am still playing through a bunch of other games with my kid too (Banjo-Kazooie, New Super Lucky's Tale, Spyro The Dragon Trilogy, Battletoads, SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom), just haven't completed them yet.
Not too many. I'm probably forgetting a couple.
