Work at a construction recycling business, personally not much since mostly work in IT and management, company wide essentially:
Temporary freeze on non critical asset adquisition
Deployment of hand sanitizer in key areas to enforce the need to wash hands
Handing out of hand sanitizer to truck drivers, same as for the office desks.
Reintruduction of paper towels in the bathroom.
Delay of upcoming formative actions until the next month (to be reevaluated then)
Shifting of lunch hours and locations so there isn't as much overlap of people in the same confined spaces, same with the changing of clothes on the recycling plant.
Tighter control on face masks since the ones we use are FFP2 (same as the ones for coronavirus), so let us just say they saw an unprecedent use in the last few weeks, which is clearly not driven by actual work use.
Changes in the way wages are distributed so there aren't as many people coming into the office.
From an economic perspective we have seen no impact, this year has been absolutely insane with a growth of around 20% yoy (more in some months), coming from a previous year with already 15%, something that has been pretty much impssible to keep up with without overtime from our drivers, since every preparation we do to accomodate more service just gets eaten up, we have even had to resort to increasing prices to try to lower demand, so assuming the economy doesn't crash too hard and for too long, this could give us some respite in that regard.
