Very interesting. I don't like GOG as a client (both original and 2.0) but the fact Sony is releasing this on Steam was a miracle by itself. (and epic I think?) But GOG on top of that is a very interesting move.

But era told me Sony wasn't serious about their pc port initiative... I'm sure the game will keep being patched. Its in need of a big performance update, specially in big cities.

More ports are coming, that's for sure.

Well, this was unexpected to say the least.

Damn it.. if I'd have known that I'd have held off for the gog version...

Nevermind ive got it Steam at least... Rather than EGS

Hoping forbidden West is due on PC a lot closer than HZD was to the original PS4 release... I'm really loving HZD

Why, yes! I'm really eager to try it out on PC. Played the PS4 Pro version and finished it after playing it non-stop but some technical things were slightly annoying. And atfer receiving about 7 patches, I'm gonna give the PC version finally a go.

Nice. Though I might just wait to play it boosted on PS5, since my laptop will only run it around PS4 level (or worse, since the port seems to have issues).

The performance issues have been mostly fixed but the load times still need some work. I have to say though playing at 120fps with all the bells and whistles on my 3080 really is something...

This is pretty unexpected. In all the good way, ofc.

Sony putting their game DRM-free on GOG is a pretty strong message that they're trying to get that PC players mindshare.

Cool, I've already been re-playing this amazing game on Steam though. I can't say I've had any real problems with the game beyond a few rare random crashes that now seem to be gone after the latest updates. This is still one of my favorite games. It's soooo gooood.

Assuming I can only play the game on PC at only but stable 1440p and 60FPS, are there any additional advantages to playing on PC vs the definitive edition on PS4 Pro?
