I love everything about the stream except donos. I'm sorry chat, I love you guys but the attempts at wit and humor are usually a swing-and-a-miss and just get in the way of the content lol.

I mean he usually gets pretty fed up with them fast and just turns TTS off. Rarely reacts to them too which is nice

TTS is a terrible fit for Hasan's style of content. He goes on so many extended rants and then just has to talk over it.

Lol, so good.

Hasan is pretty cool from what I ve seen so far. It is a rarity these days to see a popular streamer to fully grasp political realities but the dude gets it. We are so lucky. Imagine if he was stuck in Joe Rogan or some alt right shit holes...man that would have sucked.

I'm watching Hasan videos on YouTube while reading this thread while also watching his stream right now lol. I guess I'm thirsty for the man.

I've watched Hasan on and off since he was on TYT. Never really had much of an opinion of him, but I think sometime after he last debated Charlie Kirk and talking with Destiny (who's fallen off for me) he started to find his voice.

He reminds me of me (he's also got ADHD) and we're basically the same age. He often (especially before) struggled to articulate himself and was too nice to opposing viewpoints which I was like too.

But its really him and what...? In-fighting breadtubers...? We are so scattershot right now. I just recently attended my first activist meeting. I honestly wonder if they have any idea who someone like Hasan (or Twitch even) is....

Leftist/socialist on the ground and online are appearing to me to be pretty unorganised and integrated with the online and off-line world....

The left is unorganized because it's a big tent of smaller parties that agree on some common ideas, but argue on how to achieve them. We're also leaderless and have no political power at the moment. I think Hasan is great though, because he's good at getting new people to open up to leftist ideas, so he can draw in the right. But I also like his pragmatic approach of high ideals but willing to work towards incremental change within the system, which is something I think the left absolutely needs to learn.

He loves Alex Jones as an entertainer but couldn't be more opposite, politics wise. The rest is just either community memes or twitch memes.

if you want to play a good drinking game, take a sip every time Hasan says "Literally" or "Basically".
You'll be crawling on the floor within 20 minutes.

I really love his content and his commentary is pretty on point, his heart is at the right place.
Though his burping is pretty disgusting and just makes me leave twitch for little bit after, just grosses me out.

True. Though speaking of Rogan, he just had a reaction video to Rogan having a debate about capitalism vs socialism with the CEO of Whole Foods.

Absolute hilarious and breadpilling video though. That CEO is such a dumb piece of shit. Dude alone proves that the system is beyond busted.

I saw the original video recommended to me. I was just like "nope, fuck no. I am not clicking that". But Hasan covered it, so I had too lol.

And the CEOs justification is every bit bad as one could imagine. Holy shit was it bad. Hasan commentary as always, was on point.

I feel like every streamer i watch burps loudly so i'm used to it, lmao.

Man, Hasan's content is addicting, doesn't help that he's so unfairly attractive.

There is a definite gap there. The large majority of content creators are academic types from petty bourgeoisie families running an entrepreneural entertainment business. The large majority of on-the-ground leftist activists are working class (eg Luna Oi, Red Black Guard), too busy doing activism and working a wage labor job to run a stream/podcast. There's a bit of overlap, but there are not a ton of activist content makers for structural reasons. No one can lead/attend/organize protests while sticking to the content schedule Hasan does, and his success is due in part to his intensive schedule. Any collaboration between the online left and offline left will largely have to be financial/social. "Breadtube" is, ironically, mostly a liberal, capitalistic affair.

NL x Hasan is the weirdest crossover imaginable

Especially because the NL of old went out of his way to almost never mention anything political.

I really hope xQc doesn't screw it up in front of AOC and Jagmeet. Hasan is in the right mentality tho.

Tuned in late. Looks like Hasan has gotten rid of all of his alert popup images/sound clips (Alex Jones, Shapiro, Bernie, etc) and replaced it with the Fish emote? Also haven't heard a donation TTS.

Probably for the best. I know a few people here were turned off by those immediately upon opening his stream for the first time.

Loooved watching AOC and Jagmeet Singh on the Among us stream, and they went at it for 5+ hours. Champs. 💘

Hasan ragequit from Demon's Souls again, on Maneater. It's a combination of him not being very good and the game being awful. I remember the shitty Maneater fight, it's so dumb for real. 😂
