Bench press: something like 90kg
Deadlift or squats? I have never tried to do them with max weight because I have pretty bad back.

Haven't 1 RM'd on my current lifts, and I haven't been Deadlifting as much as I should.

SQ: 285 x 7
DL: 305 x 5
Bench 225 x 4
OHP: 145 x 5

5'7" around 170 lbs.

Picked up this rad purple belt off FB Marketplace last week, so I'm ready to get these numbers up after work travel dies down:

I'm trying to bulk up but I can squat and deadlift two plates for reps (225) and I could probably get at least one rep of 200 for bench even though that's my weakest of the big 3 by far.

I'll be testing all except squat in January I hope. OHP has not been going well though, so I'm not sure how that will shake out.
