I wanna say the 00 names but those are all intended to be code names instead of actual names so i doubt it's fair to count them.
Quattro Bajeena will always be my favorite in large part to just how over the top cool his design is.

That's been a staple of Gundam from the very beginning. Setsuna's "I am Gundam!" is the best part of 00. Him going crazy and everyone just happy to accept his messiah complex since he isn't slicing and dicing them is the real tragedy though.
I bet he loves going around slapping people.
