If you're looking to dive into the action, the casino floor has a selection of activities to enjoy. Play against the house using Chips in Three Card Poker, Blackjack and Roulette. Slot Machines with a variety of prizes are also at your fingertips, while Inside Track offers a lounge to watch and cheer along with friends as the drama of virtual horse racing unfolds. Spin the Lucky Wheel in the lobby for chips, cash, and clothing or even the new Truffade Thrax supercar that can be found whirling on the podium during opening week. And be sure to check back each week to see what new high-end vehicle can be won. Check Rockstar Support for details and limitations.

Guests looking to push the limits of high-end resort fashion can also choose from the carefully curated rotation of new clothing and accessories in the Casino Store.

Sitting atop The Diamond is an oasis of luxury for those shopping for a lavish pied-à-terre or just a feature-laden property in which to entertain friends. The Master Penthouse that sits beside the Roof Terrace with infinity pool and stunning views entitles the owner to VIP Membership status including access to VIP Lounges, High-Limit tables, plus a range of special services via the Penthouse phone including aircraft and limousine services and more. Renovate your residence with several upgradeable floorplans including a private Spa with a round-the-clock personal stylist, a Bar and Party area perfect for hosting raging Member Parties and featuring private retro arcade games, and a Media Room to enjoy games of Don't Cross the Line and contemporary Vinewood cinema like Meltdown and The Loneliest Robot In Great Britain. As an owner, you can select the Penthouse's color palette and patterns, and cement a place among the LS nouveau riche with a range of modern art from the Casino Store – from refined portraiture to pop art and daring modern sculpture – that can all be moved and placed around your property.

With a Master Penthouse you'll also become a member of The Diamond family, and the family business needs your attention. Help property owner Tao Cheng and The Diamond staff protect their investment from the clutches of a corrupt family of Texan petrochemical magnates in a series of all new co-operative missions. Each mission pays out special Awards for first-time completion and hosting the entire story thread will reward you with a highly coveted, brand-new vehicle free of charge. You can also pickup additional work and odd jobs to earn extra cash and chips with a quick phone call to the Diamond's head of operations, Agatha Baker.

Didn't people want the Casino stuff the month GTA Online launched? Nearly six years later, it's here?

GTA Online support is outstanding, 6 years later and it's still getting ton of updates at a good pace.

GTA 5 sure sold a lot of copies but Rockstar support has been incredible.

The casino was my favorite thing about Test Drive Unlimited 2, I cant believe it's finally coming to GTA Online (and that it took this long).

No other game this gen has received better support than this one. Looking forward to wasting the 100 million I have in the bank.

Haven't played GTA online since the Wild West days (miss them a lot) but still watch all Rockstar trailers.

On a different note, whose dick I gotta suck to get some tuners in this game? Woo, another hypercar which is just an update to the Nero which was just an update to the Adder. Why not put in a Gen III Evo or an S2000? Or hell, the Sentinel that was in GTA IV and give it a livery that's very similar but legally distinct from the M3 in Most Wanted?

Am I reading this right that GTA online is going to get a full blown casino to play in? This is what I was hoping the Gold Saucer would be like in FFXIV.

I was obviously talking about GTA Online.
I mean, the biggest money maker is GTA Online, not the SP.
The thing that really bothers me about it is they won't even just put the vehicles and weapon into SP, they removed the very few they did too for whatever reason.

The game has had fantastic support though, don't think anyone could make any real argument to say otherwise, but their complete abandonment of the SP is still super disappointing. And a big SP expansion would have made a fuck load, more than enough to be profitable, so just because it can't make all the money doesn't mean they should have done nothing but GTA Online stuff. Unfortunately seems RDR2 will be similar, which is mega disappointing giving Red Dead Online is terrible imo.

This is gonna be a nightmare for people that don't buy mictrotransactions, just like with every DLC they have put out there.

Twitch Prime users also getting the Master Penthouse and 1.25 million GTA$ for free, so I can only imagine what the price is going to be... lol

Good. That's where the fun is.

"Fuck you. Got mine."

Yeah. I've heard differing accounts on this over the years:

For the folk who actually regularly play GTAO: How much "grind" is there when new content drops? My understanding is that the prices are obscene but you also tend to already be most of the way there just from playing the game and doing the older content. It is mostly streamers and casuals who pop in and suddenly need insane amounts of money.

The grind in GTA:O sucks because you're always at risk of some dickhead in a jet blowing your shit up and you losing all your product.

Just playing the game nets you tons of money. For me personally, I steal one high end car each time I play GTAO and I get 100k. The people who claim there's a grind are the ones who expect to be given everything the minute they log into it. Just playing the tons of different modes will make you in-game rich. But there's no arguing that stuff in-game costs a stupid amount of money, and Rockstar makes it worse by introducing new vehicles or events that you just can't join. You basically have to buy your way in by owning a warehouse, or a bunker etc etc. They're definitely trying to milk people who hardly ever play or people that don't make much money and simply log in to play in the open sandbox.

Grind? LOL. I steal and deliver one car and I get 100k. Oooo so much grind!

100k gets you Jack shit unless you just want the stuff they put in when the game first came out.

The game is grindy and this comes from some one who loves grinding for stuff. I don't want things given to me easily but even gta is noticeably grindy to me. And I've been playing from the start, have almost all but one of the properties (don't own the last one), have 55 million in the bank, and refused to spend a dime on microtransactions. And I have a lot of time to play (granted I tend to play gta when I am between games though fallout 76 lately has taken its place).

I played it a few months ago. Still grindy as shit. Was more like working a job than playing a game. Also bombards you with tons of notifications about buying the new content, which is always priced to an absurd amount to encourage purchasing MTs. It's slimy.

The grind isn't fun and if you have hacker bux magically dropped on your head, you quickly realize how repetitive most of these updates have been.

This looks so cool, and the exact sort of stuff I wanted in singleplayer GTAV expansions. I might have to get this, but I'll need reassurance it won't take me an eternity to get the good stuff.

Also, what is "Don't Cross The Line"?

You're being disingenuous here. You need to get 32 cars in your garage first and before you can do that you need a CEO business (1 Mil $), you need a garage (1.4 Mil $) and then you practically spend the next ~ 20 Mil on other businesses and cars before you can start thinking about a decent income. That's the reason why GTA Online has a huge glitching community which uncovers new dupe glitch after dupe glitch every week because the whole game is one big grind. They try to wear you down until you buy one of those overpriced shark cards and that's it.

My garage is full of tuned Issis because after weeks of grinding I said screw it, I'm taking advantage of the latest glitch and they can kiss my f2p ass.

Edit: You also don't get 100k per car but only 80k profit since you always pay 20k for tuning. That's without damages, other players killing you etc. Unless you buy only the cheapest cars in the game (top cars & vehicles cost 1-10mil each) you're going to export cars for months just for decent vehicles.

I would urge people not to underestimate the significant problems with how Rockstar has handled this. It has continued adding content to the game, but the depth of that content is not at all proportional to the grinding or, more likely, real money purchasing that is necessary to engage with it on any significant level.

I like the game and I always have it installed, but I'm also acutely aware of the fact that they put 10 times the amount of effort and focus into mass producing vehicles and catching modders than they do balancing cars and addressing the bugs that don't cost them anything.

I am not saying they are villains, I could not care less about single player, and I respect their system, but I am hoping we remember that they are getting far more than they are giving.
