I want the game to take its time but I also don't want it to take its time.....too many delays this year. I need it in muh veins nao!
Director Fukuhara Tetsuya shared that Granblue Fantasy Project Re: Link was initially slated for a 2018 release, but now that its plans have become much larger than before, they'll be needing more time for its development.
"It is turning out to be something considerably amazing, so that should make up for the wait," he added.
So the game director is from Cygames and not Platinum? Wow that's kind of a bummerReminder that the Granblue Fes 2018 is happening tomorrow and would run through the weekend.
We will be getting an update about Relink so keep a look out for news.

They probably won't announce a PC version for the west at this event so I don't really care.
I don't see why they've not announced it by now. I was just expecting it at some big western focused showcase.
This. The game looks sooooo good. It better actually come out (here).I hope we finally get extensive info and footage. And please, please release in the West in timely fashion too.
I don't think this will come out to the west, but I'll be optimistic.
According to the schedule (https://fes.granbluefantasy.jp/stage.html), what timetable are we dealing with for Re:Link footage?

I know it will be in English, but in what region is what I mean.

It's not weird at all. In fact, I find myself agreeing with your thought. Is it weird if I said keeping both the art style and combat system, this would be an ideal platform to make a Berserk (and even perhaps, Claymore) game?

Looking at the big screen in the background of these performances I'm reminded of how much love the environment art and setting of Granblue. So beautifully fantastical. I really hope we'll be able to freely eplore lots of these smaller and bigger islands in the game. I know many here hate open world games, but I hope it's going to be one or a semi open world one at least.
