Google suspected of making fake twitter accounts to defend Stadia

Surely no one doing this would be stupid enough to only follow the product they're defending...surely.
If this is google. That's a very bad look. But at the same time, I could see this being a 14 year old kid who is just excited for stadia...
I've seen this exact - one - post used twice now to justify these accusations. This is a little irresponsible. Google is not suspected of creating fake accounts to defend Stadia, except within the minds of a few people, based on one post.
There are people on this forum that have typed out almost exactly what that twitter account has.
I got one of these yesterday after publishing a negative Stadia piece. Clearly a burner/bot account, every single tweet was attacking an outlet or journalist for negative stadia coverage.
Didn't seem like a Google thing though, read more like regular insane "fan" twitter.

This is one troll account and several people aggressively taking the bait.
