If you have kids and they're into the movies, you'll end up watching everything anyway, so just go release order. Disney+ orders them that way already so easy peasy.
Plenty of way better stuff to watch. LOTR, Harry Potter series. Avoid capeshit.
Yeah, no. Avoid TERF shit
Yeah I'd sooner seek out Spider-Man (especially for kids) than Hulk.Just do release order.
Note that Disney+ doesn't have Incredible Hulk (which is a good movie but no huge loss) or the Spider-Man movies (which are kind of important).
Yup just start going through and you'll hit em all.
For real. Academy Award Nominee Kenneth Branagh's Dutch angle laden masterpiece!
Release order. Don't skip any of them-what's the hurry?
And calm down-it's a fun time.
I love some of Branagh's directorial work. Dead Again was superb. Cinderella was better than it had a right to be even. Thor 1, not so much. It's not offensively bad like Thor 2, but it's not really something that's essential to the MCU nor something someone that is already not looking forward to watching these movies should subject themselves to.For real. Academy Award Nominee Kenneth Branagh's Dutch angle laden masterpiece!
You can skip so many of them, and that's not even really a criticism. These are the most popular, most mainstream movies in the world, and anyone watching is going to know the major characters through sheer pop culture osmosis.
That. Might miss a few callbacks, nothing major. Pretty much everyone of any consequence gets reintroduced.
I'll admit it, I like the first Thor more than the first two Avengers moviesIt's a long marathon and get ready for some forgettable ass movies, OP. Not to detract your experience. Just thinking back on having to watch Iron Man 2/3, the first two Thor's and AoE...yawn.
Is 4 going on 5 years old too young? I'm not concerned about the violence (my son loves Star Wars) but I'm concerned that there are such large swaths of these movies, especially early ones, where nothing happens to entertain someone of that age. Like for example, he loves his Thor little golden books, but if I recall correctly a huge chunk of the first movie is him wandering around the desert not doing anything.
Just imagine they're wrasslers and this is an elaborate wwfnexftp storyline or something
My kids cried at The Lion King and refused to keep watching. They were 6 and 7. I think they won't be ready for marvel movies till they are like 12.
