I figured I would explain why I was relisting the key I won earlier, just in case. My bad luck is someone else's good luck ;)
SEGA's dumb region locking at work folks
Won't the beta be almost over by then?
I didn't realize there was a PS4 beta? I thought it was Steam only.
Pretty much
It seems that the price someone paid for a game needs to be within 10% of the region it's activated in, so most eu<->na gifting won't work due to eu having ~15% higher prices in most cases.Didn't know Steam keys can be region locked first time hearing it
This is accurate; there are price-based restrictions on gifting directly from the Steam storefront. But aside from that, keys themselves can absolutely be region-locked. As someone who largely buys games too small for region locking or even third-party DRM, I'm not sure how to even interpret what's up with Persona 4. But someone in the PC Gaming thread might be able to explain it to anyone who isn't already familiar with the arcane-seeming rules. It seems that the price someone paid for a game needs to be within 10% of the region it's activated in, so most eu<->na gifting won't work due to eu having ~15% higher prices in most cases.

Possibly, but at a minimum you'd need an appropriate VPN - it's not entirely straightforward.

Just one copy for now (from a Humble Bundle link), but probably more in the future if it's done correctly + I don't make a fool of myself

Thank you doublechocochip for The Walking Dead - 400 Days!
There's a chance that the keys for were swapped by mistake because it was actually for the original The Walking Dead.
