I know that you've already posted your giveaway now, but FWIW, yes, giving the key away (via GiftBot or otherwise) is perfectly fine. You can do this with either a gift link generated from Humble Bundle or a key that you've generated from there. The advantage of a gift link is that you can check its validity and see what game it's for without actually redeeming it.
