I'm not quite sure, as I am currently entered in this giveaway (Pillars of Eternity, for anyone who's missed it), and it is providing me an "Enter Giveaway" button that informs me I am already participating. It started around the same time as JustJosh's issue, so I'm thinking it could be related.
I think they're mostly just having fun and trying to make the thread more entertaining.

While looking for the posts linked above, I found myself questioning why I didn't ask about your opinion on Majora's Mask (Answer: There were still in excess of ten more pages, and everyone was done talking about it).
Don't avoid the restrictions; embrace them! Even Lurker restrictions need to know someone cares.
It's an ongoing thing. Were you trying to cancel, or did you just notice the option was gone?
It's likely related to the inability to cancel an entry, which very well may be near fixed by now. Maybe. I don't work here; no promises.
Perhaps you could keep a tab with that giveaway open?
It's a very good game. If you end up liking it, I also recommend its sequel MOTHERGUNSHIP.

I wanted to change my entry but couldn't. It said 'Enter' but would then popup saying you already did.
I was afraid of that. Is there at least a decent amount of time before the giveaway closes, so it might be fixed before then?
It's a fantastic game that had the hard job of being a sequel to one of the best games of all time and went in the perfect direction by going for an unique identity instead of just being "OoT 2". The first time I went through it as a kid I was even disappointed a bit by it, but replaying it over the years made me appreciate it a lot - I connected more to it and loved how distinct it is.
It's probably the best story in the franchise for touching themes like death in a natural and kinda sweet way, making the player care for the lives of these characters and even for that twisted world.
It may not be my favorite entry in the series as the classic template of OoT is more up my alley, but I can't imagine a better concept for an OoT sequel than it. It's impressive how the developers weren't afraid of trying new ideas. Only things I don't like too much in it are problems with QoL (transformation sequences for the masks, the whole statue thing in the Stone temple), not being too big a fan of the transformation movesets and the game only having 4 main dungeons. But it's still a classic masterpiece.

I can agree with a lot of that, Heartskips , though the game's unique identity and its focus on the inhabitants of the world bring me to prefer it over Ocarina of Time. The sidequests that involve you with the characters, I think, are more important in Majora's Mask than the dungeons. It will be interesting to see what they do with the Breath of the Wild sequel.
