They offered more.Wait, what - wasn't it Take-Two buying them? This is some top 10 anime betrayal's type stuff.
This is what I was thinking was gonna be the end result from this acquisition.I predict the OnRush / Dirt 5 studio can make a pretty decent NFS.
This literally just came out last week lol
Oh myTheir specific mentions of EA SPORTS and F1 franchise probably means they'll integrate Ultimate Team to F1 in one way or another, eventually...
I think you meant biennial. One of the analytics guys crunched the numbers in the back and told the execs "Wait, why aren't we looking into code masters?"
I expect:
1) Annual F1 games with ultimate team
2) Bi annual Dirt Rally games
3) Bi annual NFS games
It'll take 3-5 yrs for a positive return on investment.
I'm sorry to all the hard workers at Codemasters.
EA is no one's friend.

You'll get burnout in your NFS.TT acquisition means you potentially get another Midnight Club, EA means you might get another Burnout. Which do you want more?
More like the DiRT. Amiright?
I know everyone is talking about Ultimate Team... but there only 20 drivers in F1, plus about 50 more in F2 and F3. A team only has 2 drivers. I think they'd struggle to make that mechanic work.
Industry consolidation and potential for a few more yearly franchise games in the stable, but there's huge potential growth for F1 esports, after the attention it got during lockdown this year I think it was that that caught the attention of a few suitors.Andrew Wilson said:Our industry is growing, the racing category is growing, and together we will be positioned to lead in a new era of racing entertainment.

That brand name died decades ago.
