Ghostrunner is an action FPP video game developed by One More Level studio and published by All in! Games. High mobility of the main character, one-hit-one-kill, and bullet-time mechanics are the bases of the gameplay, which focuses on fast-paced, high-adrenaline combat. The game is set in a world which is a unique, grim blend of cyberpunk and post-apo genres. Coming to PC, XBOX, PS4.

It says something that after being impressed with the quality of the game by the midpoint of the trailer I assumed it was a leaked EGS trailer from Gamescom. Surprised and satisfied to be wrong. Though I can't shake the feeling that me wishlisting it on Steam adds a very small weight on the scale towards being snatched up... Regardless, hopefully it sticks and they also consider GOG.

Mmmmm... this trailer have everything I like in a game but... if it the game is everything like that I fear that it become a gimmick/QTE thing pretty fast.

I would like that the traversal would be alternated with a proper combat system, otherwise it could be pretty dull on the long distance.

This is exactly what I thought as well. I played the Dishonored series for the first time the last two weeks and I have to say that these games are masterpieces. Let's hope this is just as good.
