Yeah he tweeted this yesterday alongside a graphic that named 9 of the 25 games showing. Very excited though :)
Are there going to be actual press conferences / on stage showcases from the various publishers?

Was this posted in any op before? because when watching his video this was the first time of me hearing\reading this information, and I believe I read all op about the conference in here.
No, that's next Thursday (bit before PAX West to line up with the investor presentation)
