It is on Twitch's prohibited games list and those games shouldn't be discussed here afaik.
I don't think that era's list of prohibited games is made to be the same as that of Twitch.
"..if a game is not appropriate for broadcast on Twitch it is unlikely to be appropriate here. Do not discuss these games or create threads about them."
What makes this game appropriate?

I guess the "unlikely" part is key here. I think Genital Jousting is a case of Twitch being overly sensitive about penises, while Era is fine with it. Personaly, from what I have seen of the game, I don't see why it should be banned from discussion. It's a silly game.
Cannot recommend Super House of Dead Ninjas enough, fantastic roguelike action platformer!
