Ubisoft’s Immortals Fenyx Rising rated in Taiwan, likely new name for Gods & Monsters

The Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee has rated “Immortals Fenyx Rising” by Ubisoft for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.

While Ubisoft has yet to announce game with that title, it is likely the new name for its June 2019-announced "storybook adventure" game Gods & Monsters, in which you play as a hero named Fenyx. The company previously confirmed Gods & Monsters will have a new name when it resurfaces later this summer.

Rated for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.But it's likely to release on PS5 and Series X as well.

As I said in the Nintendo thread, can you even conceive of a more meaningless generic video game name than "Immortals: Fenyx Rising"? It's straight up like "Origins: The Ascending"

Gods & Monsters wasn't a particularly creative or unique name, but it was simple and sounded way better than Immortals: Fenyx Rising. Which just sounds like a cheap mobile game. Weird to make a name change and then settle on that of all things.

Gods and Monsters was pretty bland as a title, but this is probably worse

It sounds like one of those direct to DVD cg animated movies for children.

Immortals would have been ok on its own if a bit dull. The addition of fenix makes it sound like a cheap deodorant.

The Immortals are the group of elite cops that Fenyx has just joined as the rookie member. Over the course of the game she finds out that the Immortals are actually the bad guys.

That is a fucking awful title, that absolutely sounds like a straight to DVD sequel of that one movie where Henry Cavill played Theseus

That's the name they picked? Gods and Monsters wasn't super creative, but it's better than...this.

Another Ubisoft Forward is coming up so we'll probably see it there.

WTF is that Name? Gods & Monsters was miles Better and Unique. I hope the Game is still somewhat the same as is what known as Gods & Monsters, amd still hope it still be released on Switch.

Well, we find out in mid September when it will be revelaed again at the Ubisoft Foeward Event, and apperently it should come out in December of thid Year, what I've heard.
