I really hope there's a 2 slot 3080, I ordered a FormD T1 case, and while the case can be either 2 or 3 slots, if I go 3 slots, for sure I would need to go water cooling on CPU rather than air cooling with a Noctua NL-12S (which i would prefer)

now I'm curious - why would the slot size affect CPU? Isn't it normally the backplate near the CPU and then slots extend down . Off to google that case
