The opening livestream is around 2 hours. Gamescom itself is four days, with detailed looks, demos, reveals etc.
Remember to keep expectations in check, Geoff said not to expect major things to come out of this. New debuts will probably mostly be indies.
You probably stayed in the first page too much time without refreshing.

I literally pre-ordered pizza last night and it just arrived. Right in time for the pre-show, hahaha.

I thought the preshow was due to start 3 minutes ago with a 30 minute show before the main event at 7 pm (BST).
I thought so too, but even Geoff Keighley's own stream says pre-show is at :45. so it might be 15 min.
I had never heard of Little Nightmares before I got it for free on Stadia. I really loved it and am super pumped to learn there's a sequel in the works.
