To be fair if nothing else tonight's Champions League will be remembered for the unusual impact that playing the game in a stadium virtually akin to a library had on the players.

Oh and the PSG v Dortmund game had some things happening too.

Solskjaar has said he would support a shutting of the league, as things are spreading we could be in a situation where the whole of european footbal wipes off this season, including the Euros

Can't wait for all the Liverpool fans complaining about 'negative football' whilst ignoring the FT score XD

The next time Klopp spouts on about Winter Break he can do one, Liverpool have be awful since coming back..

Radio 5 commentator got it spot on, they have run out of steam and expect them to lose lots of matches and drip over the line for the league

Well, it's a return of normality for the Champions League. The reigning champion fails to defend it's title as it has been the case for quite some time before RM went 3 in a row.

It was their best performance since the winter break. Just needed to be more clinical when they were completely dominating. Adrian's just too error prone.

Hard not to admire how clinical Atletico were.

That result is hard to take.

Such a good performance from us. Oblak was literally a wall at the back and stopped us easily beating them during the 90 minutes.

Adrian was atrocious tbh, all three goals he should have done better. I don't want to blame the result on a single person but comparing Adrian's performance today against Oblaks is like chalk and cheese.

Pat Nevin is going in on Klopp a bit saying he has exhausted his players by over using them, and the front three have nothing left and would of never won the CL

Also would have loved to see how it would have went down if Alisson was in goal.

Good god, Oblak was really fucking good today, despite the 2 goals.

Also I missed part of the game, how impactful was Henderson in his return?

Breaking news in the Portuguese Media:

Ronaldo will apparently stay in Madeira. They're saying he won't return to Italy while the Covid-19 situation isn't solved. He apparently has already communicated his decision with Juventus (which, to their knowledge hasn't asnwered one way or the other). But given the Rugani situation I'm assuming Juventus won't be playing any more matches anytime soon...
