Every food on FFXV. It looks soooo good.

Jesus. WTF is SE doing, not releasing an Official FFXV Cookbook? They're slipping. Hard.

As people have echoed, Vaniliaware knows their stuff. There's a reason their games have dedicated cooking mechanics.

How's the food in Odin Sphere Lalapalooza? Still up to Vanillaware's usual quality? I only ask cause I don't see food pics mentioned from that game.

FFXV is the winner. The detail is incredible and most importantly the food looks genuinely delicious.

BOTW has some nice 2d art for food, tons of art that looks delicious but there is no way to enlarge or view the art on its own.

For the time and system is was released on, TWEWY had some pretty nice pixelated food art. In particular I remember the fries, ramen, and cups of coffee.

Whoever is responsible for that bit of flappy skin on the drumsticks in Monster Hunter World deserves a medal.

Didn't Battlefield: Hardline have some ridiculous photo realistic looking burger or something?

Edit: Yep

Final Fantasy 15s good looks great, Dragons Crowns food is some stunning art.

Also I really like BotWs foods. Somethings really charming about the recipes.

Visually, it's FFXV.

In terms of game mechanics, it's Breath of the Wild.

I'd love to see these two games combine their strengths.

Define "overcooked".
Any steak below "well done" is terrible. The idea of voluntarily eating undercooked meat with the blood seeping from it is absolutely bizarre.

Off topic but I think I read that the red liquid on a medium rare or rare steak isn't blood.

On topic: FFXV food needs no introduction but the sizzling liquid on the food in the Monster Hunter World beta when it's pulled outta the oven made me hungry...

It's myoglobin. And yeah, that steak looks well done.

I like mine between blue and rare.

On topic, here is a DLC pizza from FFXV:

China
I moved to China the day after Pikmin 3 came out, and I bought so many different fruits because of it, such and Star Fruit, Mangosteens, and Dragonfruit, which are not common in Maryland grocery stores.

Mystical Ninja starring Goemon on N64 always had amazing looking food as well as a food based submarine dungeon (posting on smart phone so struggling for pics..)
