I really really doubt it. It was probably part of the Direct.
No way Square would keep it exclusive, and Sony most definitely would not pay for exclusivity.
They didn't even show up the PS logo, so I'm sure it's not exclusive.

Cool thanks. This was a game I never got to play, but I heard good things about it.
Man, out of nowhere. I adore the aesthetic of the Crystal Chronicles games, so I couldn't be happier with their return. Here's to hoping they make it online co-op.
It's completely fine in singleplayer, but way more fun in multiplayer.
I'm fairly certain it will be for Switch too since it doesn't say anything about exclusivity and it was originally on Nintendo. The trailer might even have been that short because it would originally be announced during the Nintendo Direct last week.
It's perfectly playable without it but your definitely not getting the optimum experience.
Basically a necessity. Yes it can be played single player but you really don't want that.
Is a damn boring game playing solo, the game is really designed as a MP experience.
Some third parties don't have to use Switch online. This is Square so who knows lol.
