Nah, it was just about the priority of showing the player instead of the Fatality there. It's "just violence", after all.
Damnit. Wanted to challenge you to a set so I could potentially steal a round. Never going to do it in SFV.
I do honestly expect the trailer is going to happen. But him being there shouldn't mean much. The tournament is in his home turf.
Meanwhile, SonicFox is just chilling with 50% Jacqui combos (I know, the crushing blow, but still)
Jacqui is a super good character but she really only gets one chance to blow that 50% load ha.

I feel like some characters do way too much damage, way too easily compared to the rest of the cast.
When you use or get hit by a Fatal Blow you can press X(PS4) as each hit connects to deal more damage or mitigate some damage.
Fatal blows have a quasi secret minigame. If you mash 3 (X on Playstation and A on Xbox) while the fatal blow is happening. You can block/do more damage. But it is like 1% damage per instance. Its really low.
Yeah some matchups Jade can only punish for 18% it's pathetic. Meanwhile characters like Noob or Sonya sneeze and get 40% (Not saying that Noob is top tier but he does hit like a truck)
Baraka doing that much damage in Marauder is fine. He has no fast overheads and his projectile, while good in most matchups, doesn't really give him anything against dedicated zoning. He also doesn't really have any decent mids beyond F4.
Doing a ton of damage forces you to respect him, but at the same time he doesn't have any sort of overwhelming offensive ability in Marauder. And the damage gives you a reason to pick Marauder over Bonepicker.
I'm really glad the option exists.
