A dive doesn't me you aren't touched, a dive can be exaggerating contact and your reaction to it in order to draw a foul. That's what she did.
Lavelle non-call is the only one I have issue. Even the Netherlands players stopped playing because they expected a whistle.

It absolutely was. At a run contact makes you go down.
She fell because of contact. That doesn't make it a foul but it's not a dive.
You can see in the replay the push didn't send her flying and she clearly dived.
I played Football(american) for 10 years of my life. I know what getting pushed and falling because your moving full speed looks like, and that wasnt it.
Exaggerating a fall is classed as a dive, it would been a yellow in the Prem.
Watch the replay and think about what happens if you are running forward and someone shoves you.
I don't know what to tell you otherwise.
She is running with a full head of steam and got shoupder blocked behind unexpectedly, most people fall to the ground and everyone has different degrees of pain tolerance so I won't give her shit for laying on the ground for a few seconds.

Morgan did 'loose' her body when she felt the pressure from the NL player. I guesssss you could say it is a dive and if that went to VAR she should have been carded.

I've seen the replay, I've seen the game. I play and watch football every week, I know what a dive looks like.
That wasn't a mild shove especially running at a certain speed.
No, I can see the push unbalanced her and she went "flying" because that's what happens when you trip running at full speed
