He doesn't... it's a weird gif. The side shot, he clearly doesn't have one, but then the 2nd shot it looks like he does. Either it's a weird fan edit or just the compression.
The gay couple? I have to admit I found that couple hilarious, yet is that stereotypical portrayal kinda problematic?
You could say that about Law & Order too, every NY based actor appeared on that show at one time or another.
As much as I love Bob, this isn't a cameo, it's an early-career costar role.
I'll let gay members speak for themselves whether they found it problematic, but it might be worth mentioning that the explanation given is that they had written thugs stealing an armoire, and then decided from there that the thugs would be gay because no one else would steal an armoire.
