Asmon IS right leaning. I think he even said he voted for Trump. But he has been changing his perspective a lot over the past year or two. Either way, it's nice that someone as huge as him on Twitch immediately came in support to those who came out with these allegations without all the "innocent until proven guilty" bullshit.
I mean the only way they were gonna come out clean was "Josh was kept in while the police gathered evidence."
This is really ridiculous.
After reading this I watched stream (on ytube) he did with poopernoodle, the way he treats her is despicable. That guy is not only a looser but also a massive scumbag and deserves everything coming his way.
They knew about it two years ago, had this 'statement' written up a fucking YEAR ago; and they still try to feign ignorance. That's incredible how stupid they think people are.
one method streamer has been asked to be released from their contract. i hope more do. note that method doesnt just have wow streamers.

Very interested in how they can change perception at this point. I mean I know for an actual fact that they knew.
Only thing would be a ground up shakeup of the entire officer core who knew and defended him for years, the actual org leadership and all management.
They are insanely prideful, they would never do this, I'm expecting literally a massive excuse in writing and no action.
Yup, There's no chance they do anything. We're not talking about even something like a team lead in a section of the org. Yeah, the Organization goes beyond the wow raiding guild, but I think people who are less familiar may not understand that the raiding guild *IS* Method, everything else is Sco trying to build the brand up, but if you just cut that entire circle out, you have no org left. It's like the entire C level structure at Method.

I'm sure there are stories being written about lots of the stuff going on right now, but there's a LOT happening and it's not all close to finished. There's 0 chance all the major outlets aren't fully aware.
I really hope Twitch takes the appropriate action against Method here, there are a lot of people part of the Method organization who probably didn't know about this, like NMP and I am sure a lot of others, but it appears as if this may have centered around their raiding team core. I could be wrong and if I am, please let me know but it seems as if their raiding team is complete garbage.
Sco is so far up his own ass as a person that I don't think he has the ability to see right from wrong at this point.

What is even shittier is Sco made this video about the how Method came from nothing to be this global powerhouse of a gaming team, all that jazz, and I think that was right after their world first in Uldir. This was also around the time in which a lot of the Josh stuff was being put out there and the video looks even worse now because of it.
I don't know, man, he's on stream right now saying that Method didn't do anything wrong because 'the police found him innocent' so they believed he was innocent.

Yeah I'm listening right now and am very disappointed. There's 2 main things:
1) The police didn't fine him innocent, they found the investigation inconclusive, which is a huge difference AND the usual with the vast majority of sexual assault allegations.
2) He's saying right now that Method did the right thing letting Josh go. I would like to ask: what's the difference between letting Josh go now or 1-2 years ago? Method didn't learn any new information during this period of time. The only difference between now and 2 years ago is that 2 years ago only Method knew, and now everyone else knows. If he agrees with Method letting Josh go right now (which he does), then he shouldn't be agreeing with them not letting him go back then.
Very disappointed and I say go ahead and remove Asmon from the "good response" category.

Ya I take back the good things I was saying about him. Although I feel like most of his takes on this are him just being contrarian they are shit takes and I too am removing him from the "good response" category. He's mixing good takes with really bad takes and I hate that shit. Fuck him.
Yeah. He's still on board with the whole "Method deserves to go" thing but it's mixed with so many bad takes that it's not worth even talking about him anymore.
Holy shit . I know nothing about the people involved or the community, this topic is the first time learning these names. That person is sick in the head. Don't worry, they have someone in their ranks who I know of that has some of his own shit.
Not to this extent but emotional abuse and manipulation a fucking plenty.
Won't even mention some of the stuff that's said about people behind the scenes, but it's been a while so idk if it's changed in the last year, definitely hasn't for the people I know in that guild though at least.

Yea, that's the kind of thing I'd expect from him. He sometimes says the most insightful right on things, then he doesn't apply it to other situations. A bit ago during the H3H3/keemstar drama he started a stream discussing why he was banning toxic people and why it was important for content creators to not cultivate toxic communities, but then later on took the opposite view when he was doing the H3H3 stuff saying Keemstar wasn't responsible for the actions of his community.
Still awaiting the bullshit response Method has for us, if any of their members has a spine they will resign and go to new guilds and whatnot.

The day goes by, and still nothing from Method. There MUST be some form of severe internal turmoil going on for them to delay their message this long. Been over 24 hours with no word from Sco, Roger, or anyone that is the in the upper management chain.
Darrie had a big role in the Josh stuff and deserves all the criticism she's been getting. She's management. She was dismissive at best and helped cover it up.
In some spaces, she's the only one getting criticism though, which is absurd. Sco's silence and the silence of all the officers other than Potter is them just allowing Darrie to be the scapegoat. And again, to be clear, she absolutely failed, but so did Sco and the others.

So I did a whole thing on twitter today, did everything I could, got as many people involved as possible and it seems as though all that's left is just the WoW guild itself.
They were supposed to make a statement today and we knew that because they had a stream going all day long WITH LOOPING ADDS MAKING A PROFIT FFS, with a statement on a static display saying they would make one tonight.
It's now the next day on the east coast, literally nothing.

I doubt whatever they're going to release will even be worth the wait. They're just trying to stop the bleeding considering they were having people hold off leaving until it was out. It's going to be a whole lot of nothing.
As someone not connected with streaming culture, I didn't know who this was, nor was I familiar with this organization. To be frank, I'm practically ashamed this and doubtless other horror stories have passed me by for so long. Absolutely fucking atrocious. What a gross person and what a fucked up organization.
