Get tweezers and let someone else carefully pull them out If they can see them. If they're too far in go to a doctor, you could fuck up your hearing.

I don't know what that is, specifically, but you should seek medical attention.

Trying to get it out could push it further in.

Have someone look in with a flashlight and see if the other person can use a tweezers to get it out. Otherwise you'll have to go to the doctor. Pretty sure you'll be able to get it out though.

Don't try to do it yourself because you could mess up easily.

Yes but please get someone else to do it, if you jab the wrong area or grab the wrong thing you might hurt yourself. You need another person.

You don't need another person, but you need to be careful. This has happened to me a couple of times and I got them out with tweasers.

That tool you have will do fine. Take a deep breath, take it very slow, and use the very tips to get under an edge and snag it.
