I do recognize you, but its mixed for me. I always look at the name first and expected a puffin basking in the sun on its back relaxin' all cool I was shooting some b-ball outside the school.
When a couple of guys, they were up to no good, started making trouble in my neighborhood. I got in one little fight and my mom got scared that day.
As for the avatar, now I expect short-haired blond anime girls wearing headbands or else I will be disappointed.

I have not watched Evangelion, or for that matter, much anime in general (I like JRPGs more than Anime), but from my quick trip to TV Tropes, Asuka sounds better and has a nicer design.

Curiously enough, that is actually the original username, back when I made my steam account and used it for the first time.
I cut out the powered to make the name shorter.
I'm pretty happy with the name as is. It feels unique.
