Seems time to end this thread, since it is turning into the Elden Ring OT, complete with story and non-patch gameplay, spoilers, and petty bickering.
Feel free to move your discussions to the actual OT now.
Even with how much I like the Ruins Greatsword, when it comes to a 1v1 fight, I still feel the Executioner's Greataxe with Lion's Claw as the ash of war is one of the absolute most deadly weapons I have. Lion's Claw is like the most slept on weapon art in this game, I'm a little surprised they buffed it. It can fly through heavy attack, be used n quick succession, and does immense poise damage. Plus it's a freaking front flip, and style points matter a lot.
The Ruins Greatsword just wins because it has a ridiculous ranged attack that can hit and knock down multiple enemies, if not kill them outright. Very useful.
