Haven't played an EA game since Inquisition I think. I'm not boycotting them, their games just don't appeal to me.
This year is gonna be interesting for sure. Pretty good start with Apex Legends, which I haven't played yet, but I will when I can find the time.
I do expect them to stumble a bit with Anthem in terms of public perception. Whether that will be a temporary mess limited to the launch window or a year-long bad news story remains to be seen.
But then Jedi: Fallen Order should -if all goes well- buy them some goodwill again.
I'm definitely interested in that one, as well as Sea of Solitude.
EA would be in a bad place if it wasn't for Respawn. But yeah, 2019 could end up being alright for them in terms of the perception of their output by people like us. How that will be reflected (or not) by the larger marketplace will be a fascinating thing to see.
