It was already ending on this final season.
He's lined up to be the next Walker Texas Ranger now.
Velma needs to pick better men.
He has some long form mental health issues, and the job he's had for fifteen years straight is ending.
So this is sad, not surprising.
J2 crazies will say it's because he's upset over the show ending and being seperated from his secret husband.
So it's a bar that he owns. But he was escorted out of that bar for having a verbal argument with his employee. The physical assault occurred when he was trying to get back into the bar.

Obviously we don't know the whole deal, but there has been rumors he has had an off/on again drinking problem.
I've never heard of anger issues, though.
Jared has been going through a lot of stuff. He's been pretty open about his depression and struggle. Sucks to see him go down a darker path.

That said, it's true that he has been struggling with mental health issues. I hope he is able to get some help.
I dunno the law there, but as a licenced drinking establishment, I assume they have a legal responsibility to send him on his way home if he's that intoxicated.
Well he also assaulted his own employees while drunk of his ass.

I think Jarad wanted the series to keep going and Jensen did not. I know Jensen has been disappointed in some of the recent season stuff and I think he decided to end the show and move on and Jarad had to go along with it.

Yes, I agree that being drunk and suffering from alcoholism is a mitigating factor, but if you are doing so bad that you lose control of yourself and assault your employees, you've basically hit rock bottom. He likely needs to go to rehab.
