Spencer Cornerlia, one of the better exposers of charlatans on YT, breaks down Drake's recent Stake Twitch stream.

The founder of Stake bought one of the biggest homes in Australia recently as well. A cool 300 million.

Many streamers have been doing this new meta. I think this stuff can be dangerous due the interactive of streaming and the target demographics, young teens with little disposable income and impulse control.

I'm a bit confused about the crypto aspect. It's a cryptocurrency casino but It seems like Drake is gambling dollars?

Online casinos with crypto sounds even more cursed than online casinos with CSGO skins. This is one time where I'm pretty thankful that online gambling as a whole is illegal in the US since we clearly don't have the proper regulatory apparatuses to handle it.

It's not in several states now. I get ads for it on twitter all the time. Streaming it still seems to be illegal, at least.

I was under the impression that it was similar to the marijuana situation where federal law technically overrides the states, but maybe that's changed recently. I just checked the stake.com homepage and it looks like they ban everyone from the US.,

Pretty monumentally shitty for Twitch to allow gambling streams at all.

Rich people pushing gambling with partnership deals... I don't know how much more of a piece of shit you can be. You don't need the money, at all. But you wanna make more money by fucking over peoples lives?

Stake doesn't follow US regulation, which is why they block people here. The ads I get are from draft kings and fan duel, which have apparently added casino style games, and caesars palace. I'll admit I don't know what laws are in place federally, but I know the ads started after my state legalized online sports gambling.

Always be wary of celebs/pro gamblers pushing certain sites and posting their bets all the time. You don't know if they are betting their own money or the site/casino is giving them money to bet.

And IMO don't bet off shore, only bet in legally regulated casinos.

And do it for fun, don't bet more than you can afford to lose. Sports betting is fun if you can control yourself.
