I don't think it's unreasonable to expect more from DBZ IP right now, especially since Super, Xenoverse, and FighterZ have been adding new elements and expanding that universe over the past few years. A reviewer can account for cultural reception alongside critique.
That said, being uninformed about what you're going to encounter within something like DBZ Kakatot means those feelings would likely be amplified. It's really easily explainable and defendable, if unfortunate.
Only one in the menu that I have found is for KB&M setups only, so I assume not if you plan to use a controller...

It's so weird that reviews are up already. Almost all outlets got the game less than 48 hours ago - that seems like hardly any time to finish the thing, let alone reflect on the game and its various elements.
I assume not all of them finished the game and some of them wanted to get the review up early.

Here is my review. I gave it 8/10 with Editor's Choice. The game has its flaws (like long loading times and the heavy censoring) but it's the best way to play through DBZ's story.

Playing on X. No HDR, might be 4K didn't check. Felt like a solid 60 the whole time. Load times mitigated by an external SSD.
I remember Uub being hell in the WMAT fights in Budokai 3
He'd always spam that shock blast that pushes you back, and push my character out of the ring. Omege Shenron had a attack he liked to spam that was hell as well.
All the way to Kid Buu fight.
BOG and Resurrection are usually categorized under the Super era nowadays despite them being originally released as Z movies.

Like several others have said, Kid Buu. But I wouldn't be surprised if they released BoG and RoF DLC, using hte Z movie iterations (well Super and Z RoF are nearly 1 to 1 in terms of everything but quality), but that makes the most sense to be, since a potential sequel then can change up BoG at least by using hte Super boat location.
I'm actually reading them, not just looking at the score. Not in a rush to buy this based on what I've read. Not like I said it was ass or something, just not a Day 1 purchase.

Yes. It's super possible. Raditz is no joke. His attacks if you don't dodge/block takes a huge chunks of your health. I lost 3 times before I remembered there was healing items.
Hell, even if you do block but you get broke out of it through a chain. That's the worst.
Still not that interested. All these reviews seem too early to tell how the game is. Seems like it's the same thing over and over until you beat it.
The boss fights are pretty damned unique. And are no pushover. The leveling system is also pretty unique. I've been very much enjoying my playtime since I started yesterday morning.
A reviewer in this thread confirmed there is no ultrawide support. But it's a UE4 game so someone will very likely mod it in within 2 days.
You know when I saw the announcement I was just a bit interested, but after I saw Damiani's and Huber's Stream I really got hyped about this one!
