Does CP2077 have Smart Delivery on PS5?

Love my PS5 but the BC is not straightforward. I was planning to just wait until next gen upgrades for CP2077 but I don't think I'll have anything to play in the interim so I may as well jump in at launch.

Has CDPR said how upgrades to next gen work for PS5? If I buy one copy, do I get the PS5 version free? Will my save move over?

Yes to all of it. Free upgrade, saves will be compatible.

Sounds like it'll move the save over, but you'll still have to manually redeem & download the PS5 build when it becomes available.
