Maybe a billion. I like my life and wouldn't give it up for any amount of money, but the only confounding factor is the potential number of lives I could theoretically save by donating a massive percentage of it. Even then, I'm not sure I could do it. Sacrificing yourself for abstract people you've never met is not an easy thing.

what are the odds on each option? Like the PS5/XB/Video Card is the least exciting and safest option, does that mean it's the most likely scenario? where as killing someone evil is the least likely since it's the most beneficial option to you (or curing someone close to you from their ailment)? Or are they all equally attainable.
