Was wondering how often everyone consumes meat on a daily basis.

I don't really, no. I usually have meat with lunch. Not always dinner, usually not breakfast either.

I usually have a little meat in the morning for breakfast and meat at dinnertime. Sometimes breakfast is just cereal tho.

Lunch is a tossup, sometimes I'll eat salad, sometimes I'll eat whatever.

One meal a day, sometimes less, sometimes more if I eat out a lot. But on average in a given year, it's probably just under one meal a day.

Last time I ate meat was 2018 in Japan when I bought a rice cake thing from 7/11. Did Google translate on the ingredient list and oopsie it had chicken.

This depends. If I have leftovers I might eat it for lunch, but for breakfast I usually just have a couple of eggs and a piece of toast. Lunch I usually just eat a fruit or something, unless if I have leftovers.

I also don't always eat meat with dinner, but mostly do.

Once or twice a day. A few days a week I don't eat any meat at all. It's rare I eat meat for breakfast so rarely 3 times a day.

Always 1 meal a day (usually lunch on weekdays and dinner on weekends). I would consider egg a meat also.

Pescatarian for over a year but when I ate meat - which I loved - it was never more than twice a day (lunch, dinner) and that was rare. Dinner was typically the only meal with meat and I love seafood so I still switched it up with stuff like fish, shrimp.

Meat 3 times a day just sounds nutty.

I try to have as little meat as possible, so I chose 1 meal a day. Even though sometimes it's closer to maybe a few meals a week. My wife eats meat with almost every meal, so hard to cut it out completely in the house. I also try my best to avoid red meat, and limit portions.

I usually only have 2 meals. At least one of them will have some kind of protein. But we do eat a lot of tofu, and noodles which don't always have meat.

It really depends on what I make for dinner because usually left overs are my lunch for the next day.

pretty much never for breakfast. Usually fast or eat some fruit

It varies, but averages probably close to twice a day at this time. I'd like to bring it closer to one, but it can be a challenge to get my bestie--whom is my housemate and does all the cooking--onboard with that.

Typically once a day for dinner. Then again, that's the only full meal I eat nowadays.

2 meals, usually. Sometimes 3 if I make sausage for breakfast, but usually I'll just have a piece of fruit.

Generally only one meal. Sometimes two. But I also have eggs, yogurt, protein shake/bars throughout the day.
