DLSS is magic, but I think it's becoming somewhat exaggerated.
The screenshots you linked are not that close if you have good eyesight and are looking at details (surely this is most of the point of 4K, at least it is for me). The "emergency light" text is hugely blurrier on the 720p upscale (which isn't surprising, but needs to be said). Ditto for the '6 persons' text on the left of the screen, and the seams on the leather jacket are indistinct and soft. Without high clarity fine details, the point of calling it "4K" becomes questionable. The aliasing reduction is great, though TLAA is alright at this anyway.
Control is the perfect use case, because the RT effects are very expensive, and the the image was never pin sharp to begin with. 4K Control has very even image quality, but I'd not describe it as 'sharp'. All those post-processing effects and TAA (including DLSS) leave it looking soft. Nice, but soft.
These are the first differences that someone mentions that i can actually see but there are also some details that are better in DLSS see Jesse's outline on the right on her hair and the arm, the outline is blurred at native 4k which isn't the case for the DLSS screens.
edit: After zooming in it is very obvious that the 4k native screenshot is much better but not sure how noticeable that would be when playing.
