I'm sure I read that they did a lot of reshoots with the character to make him less of a mincing, effeminate stereotype.Other than that looks okayish. Blunt's brother is still barely seen so who knows how Disney will end up handling him.
FIORE!
I honestly think it'll make a packet. It's the kind of big budget, family-friendly adventure film that Disney does well. It comes out at the end of July and from a quick look it has no real competition throughout August.
I have visions of him gathering his family and friends round at his house and saying "I swear, in this trailer you'll definitely see me!"man they're reeeeally trying to hide Jack Whitehall's character aren't they
You will be disappointed because that is a jaguar.
Well, that looks bad and forgettable. Kind of reminds me of the bad movies we would get in the early 00s.
That's where I'm at. If it's essentially a Rock/Blunt double act for 2 hours....well, they are both very compelling and fun to watch actors. It could be enough. On one hand why does this exist
On the other... maybe its ok? It's not like the Rock and Emily are bad
Absolutely nothing here is clicking with me... except that theme at the end. It's got potential.
I had hoped for a little bit more old school adventure charm, but it seems like they pulled out all the CGI-stops for some fake feeling set pieces. Shame.
