This is great news that people who won't get Disney Plus till 2021, they will have access to some shows via Amazon Prime (Is there also hope that we might get support for Amazon Fire with Disney Plus?)

The launch of Disney Plus is now only a few weeks away, but viewers not in the first slate of territories for the Disney streaming service – including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the Netherlands – may be wondering how in Asgard they can access all those Disney Plus shows and movies.

Well, it looks like Disney has a workaround in place, with a streaming deal with Amazon that will see selected Disney Plus titles come to the Amazon Prime Video platform in Latin America (via Variety).

Disney has a two-year roadmap to become a truly global service, and seemingly plans to release in Latin America in early 2021, given its Amazon deal will run from October 2019 to September 2020.

I guess that's why Captain Marvel showed up on Prime Video out of nowhere the other day.

They could just not release Disney + here, then

Just keep throwing stuff into the subscription I already pay for :D

hmm, I dont think this is all correct. The movies and tv shows coming are Disney stuff that arent DIsney Plus original productions

So this includes Marvel movies like Captain Marvel and Endgame, but not Mandalorian and Captain America and Falcon for example. At least for now, that is the deal

Genious move

Or The Mandalorian would be the most pirated tv show in history by a MILE

Disney's licensing pact with Amazon for Prime Video in Latin America does not include any original series, movies or specials coming to Disney Plus.

It still a good deal, tough, since that means that we in Latin America are getting Marvel movies earlier than normal (2 to 3 years delay for them to appear on streaming, like Netflix, which is the same time for them to hit local TV)

Edit: Maybe OP should update thread title to reflect it's movies and already existing shows and not new content.
