Thanks! They said maybe in the future but 0 work has been done or discussed about it. Its PC where they are focused and wanting to patch and so forth first.
Trying to come up with a Columbo type character. I'm thinking something like..
Unplayable for me on an Intel 620HD at 720p. It runs, but maybe at 15fps.
YeahShould I be okay with these specs?
Intel Core i7-7700HQ
Quad-Core
GeForce GTX 1050 4GB
8GB DDR4
128GB SSD

i'm going full sleaze-ball.
I lowered everything down to the minimum. Was hovering between 25-30 fps I would guess.Damn. I have a gaming PC that would have no problem running it, but it's in the closet because I'm super busy with rad tech school. I was gonna try to play this on a Thinkpad T460, which has integrated graphics with an Intel 520HD. I guess if I bump down the resolution I could maybe get 30fps?
god, i love this game but it really does run like shit on my laptop, even with everything dropped to the minimum. its not... debilitating, but i can imagine during any significant on-screen action itll start chugging even worse. trying to decide if i should just hold off and try to find a cheap gaming PC to be my inaugural CC purchase, or just muddle through. the game is so fantastic but it almost feels disrespectful to try and play through on this rig.
Spoilers for the first 15 minutes of the game:
I rolled up a character that dumped both physical stats, woke up in my apartment hung over, turned on the overhead light, stared straight at it, and died of a heart attack in the first five minutes of the game.
This game is incredible.
Hit F5
All skills are used. Some are hidden checks some are not. Even something like Endurance effects discussion. Half Light and Drama and Persuasion are good.I know this is probably what everyone wants to know but:
what is a good stat allocation if I want the best sleuthing and conversation options? I've honestly not read up on the game other than this threadand reviews and I'm getting major paralysis at that initial stat choice lol
Yeah. It even took me a while to realize you can zoom out which makes movement a bit easier.this game is absolutely incredible, although I wish there was WASD movement. The click-to-move is way more finicky than old inifinity engine stuff since everything has such a long wind-up animation and it can be a bit frustrating.
I heard this before but now that the game is out I wanted to confirm it - there's a language filter option, right? Anyone tried it yet?
