So what legal process that is actually practical should be done about it? I'd expect a detailed, very intelligent and knowledgeable response line by line on what the expectation is because as far as I know, their laws won't allow them to just 'fire em all!'. People seem to want blood when the process to get it isn't really legal.
I think most people would have accepted the termination of those involved and a half-way decent apology, like most companies would do. I mean, if I was running a company, and my PR guy and a board member okayed an AMA with 8chan, then claimed they didn't do enough research when it blew up in their face (the first result on Google for a search of "8chan" mentions child porn, btw), then I'd certainly make sure they'd never be able to do that again, but they're still working for THQN for all we know.
As it stands, people are just deciding to express their disapproval of it all with their wallets, and trying to encourage others to do the same. I don't think that's too crazy.
EDIT: As far as the legal aspect of it, I don't know the laws in Austria, but I'd assume being unable to perform your job correctly would be acceptable grounds for legal termination.
