Honestly don't know about that, but I would imagine it is one player per plane.omg yes, but can you all fly one plane? thatd be basically the only way I could get friends to play this lmao

It'll be as ugly as it needs to be.This game on Xbox One, based upon the GPU scaling would be sub 720p 30. CPU wise, I can just not imagine this thing on the xbox one. I think they will silently cancel the base Xbox One release and go straight next gen here.
Either that, or they hit it with an incredibly large ugly stick. Embarassingly large.
It would be awesome to pick random locations to "meet up" with family and friends that are scattered across the country. No joke, I wish this had multiplayer. 4 of my friends trying to fly an Airbus from scratch would be so great.
Oh, sweet!
Yes, but it will release on Xbox One, too. Still has next gen tech.
did you fly over your hometown, and how did it look? Just like the real deal? Did the buildings look "good" ?
I am so fucking pissed at MS for not even saying a word on the Xbox version, let that be XSX or One. This is a game for which I seriously considered building a PC from scratch and could totally be a system seller game for the XSX. PS5 would take a back seat if they announce this for the XSX launch.
And nothing. I know I am the 0.00001%, but I just really want to play this game.
You're probably correct about it having the ability to scale down. It should be noted that DF mentions that they ran into CPU bottlenecks around 80 fps when trying to play at max settings so this is definitely a game that's being designed to take advantage of future hardware. When looking at performance don't put too much stock in this DF broad bush. MSFS like previous versions has lots of granularity in the options. Don't be too pessimistic about your system.
Many with relatively modest systems will be able to get good iq and performance. Just using configs like Ultra, High etc won't get the best out of your machine. You'll likely find there are settings you can lower without much apparent iq change but a big performance gain.
There's a part where he just lands in a valley of sorts. Albeit a small plane.
Wow, the ray tracing.
Look at this fucking approach! it looks like go pro footage!! MIND BOGGLING.
Oh true. I just don't think people need to be too pessimistic about their current hardware. You're probably correct about it having the ability to scale down. Even Xbox One X? I know it still gimped by the CPU, but it's substantially more powerful than the base Xbox OneThis game on Xbox One, based upon the GPU scaling would be sub 720p 30. I could not do half refresh rate due to the specific encrypted .exe and locked out admin settings in the beta version of the game on the ms store. It will be perfectly possible in the final release and the steam release. This game looks crazy at its high and ultra settings.
It's incredibly demanding, but here it's definately worth it.
Very sad to hear you can't force half refreshrate with Nvidia control panel.... Is there really no way? I would like to experience it in 1440p30.
I hope DF also tests SSDs vs HDDs, since this is the first SSD recommended title!
