God of War is taking this to the next level. Utter domination. Spidey with an award too. What a year for Sony.
By the end of 2018 we will realise is not goty material rsGod of War is indeed 2018's Horizon: Zero Dawn. Got to love those comments that people said on here.
I love the game, story, world and characters buuut you might not be wrong here tbh. I think only like 20% of all who played the game got the final story achievement. About 50% got to chapter 2. But not having it nominated is still weird since lots of people who did finish it thought it was about as great as gaming stories can get. Personally it got me to jump straight into RDR1, there was just no way I could leave the fantastic story and characters hanging like that, felt like stopping mid way in an awesome movie.Maybe they all hated the gameplay so much that they didn't get to experience the story.
I've never even heard of that VR game. Astro Bot snubbed again.
id put Moss over Astrobot but both of them are far more meaningful than Beat Saber :S
IIRC she wants to do smaller, VR-based workBut for real, when is Amy going to be scooped up by a publisher now?
Microsoft, back that money truck up to her and let Amy kill it.
Agreed. Love beat Sabre as a concept but the game design is bad.id put Moss over Astrobot but both of them are far more meaningful than Beat Saber :S

Bringing everything together is way fucking harder than doing the same with the movie, especially since it's a young medium still. Is directing a game really more difficult than a film? Not sure I believe that. Or the budget bit.
Shu is really blunt but I think that is what is needed. Thanks! I wasn't aware of that.
Also, Cory calling out support roles = developers after the Blizzard news about layoffs feels on point. You go, Cory!
Edit: TIL Shu hated early God of War lol
