Top 15 Nuclear Generating Countries

Countries that generated the most electricity with nuclear energy and countries with at least 20 percent of their electricity from nuclear energy.

coal is ramapant across europe
Oh, I agree. If only we had gone all out in nuclear a decade ago instead of demonizing it. I really hope I'm not in a position where I have to wish that same thing a decade from now.

Even though I think Joe Biden's plans are ok (despite the fact that he could do much better), I would never vote for him because of his inappropriate behaviour towards children. With his pedosexual tendencies, he belongs rather in prison.

Mod Edit: Video has been removed because the source is questionable.

So I looked at this person's other videos that they uploaded

What rabbit hole do you go down to find these people on youtube?

Aside from that, he's a walking vector for corona with all that face touching.

I bet that "from belt buckle to shoe sole, man" line did pretty well for him.

The right thing to do, but what a bummer. Ohio lives for attention during elections. We're very needy.

That's right in line with this thread, honestly. And it'll get worse after today's results come in.

Our man, ladies and gentlemen

You wanted him to say what? "Yeah, fuck that guy. woooooowwweeeeeee Biden 2020!" and then cartwheel away?

Shifting the narrative to how there's a lot of negativity towards him from both Trump and Sanders (not together, but at the same time) was good politics in that situation.

How was Sanders responsible for some gun nut arguing with him?

Tonight's likely to be a very big blow for a lot of people. I hope people take the time they need to make sure they're in a good head space. Even if it means tuning out until all the results are in.

so what's Biden's plan for the general when he won't be able to blame Bernie for everything?
You think hes not going to blame Bernie still? We still have people blaming Bernie for 2016 despite voting records evidencing his voters were not any statistically different to that election than other voters were going from primary to general alignments.

You're reading too much into that, and being far too sensitive that he invoked the name of Saint Bernard. Sanders was an also-ran there as he was talking about the negativity aimed at him. It's very likely that guy was a Trump supporter, but the answer he gave was about all the negativity.

He won't have to deal with Bernie surrogates amplifying alt-right talking points, so it'll probably be nice to fight on a single front. Also, wasn't Bernie himself dogwhistling about Biden's mental state yesterday on fucking Fox News?

I really don't like how Biden is getting away with how he's treating some of these voters. Don't really like this tough guy act.

Yes. He did some bit on Biden having a seven minute speech. Ignoring of course the later, longer ( still 20 minute) speech that day.

Related to this, crossposting from poliera:

Saw that video of Symone Sanders getting knocked down from the protesting crowd, then getting right back up and telling them "we will hear you."

https://www.politico.com/video/2020/03/10/symone-sanders-biden-detroit-rally-069816

This is getting too complicated for me. It looks like they were peacefully chanting, and heading toward the door under security escort. That doesn't seem to have anything to do with Bernie siding with Trump.

Bernie pointed out that he has been doing hour long speeches daily while Biden has been doing seven minute speeches, but not in a mental health context. When asked about his mental state he said he didn't want to stoop down to that level and refused to comment on it.

His mental state deserves a little more than a dogwhistle when he's threatening to slap voters and shushing his female aides.

How the fuck is that a deteriorating mental state dog whistle? He was asked about Biden's non-coherent answers, and basically said that has more to say about his policies then Joe does. Obviously Joe just doesn't have much to run on, so he just goes on a tangent. Nothing to do with his mental state.

give us an opportunity to pay for it!

it probably will be a big blow, yes, but the upside of the electorate beginning to see Biden as the presumptive nominee is that even most Bernie fans will be able to wrap themselves in the comforting blanket of low expectations

at this point all I want is for Bernie to get to the finish line in strong enough shape to further shape the platform

That's why it's called a dogwhistle. Saying that in a day where Twitter was ablaze with talk of him having cognitive issues of even dementia (amplified by some of his surrogates) while specifically citing the speech only being "seven minutes" long makes it pretty obvious what he was referencing.
